— Clara Webb, FounderHaven began in 2018 when Clara Webb, frustrated by home goods that looked beautiful in stores but felt cheap within months, decided to source differently. She spent a year working with small makers across Europe and North America to find pieces that were honest about their materials and built to last more than a season.
What started as a carefully edited collection of 12 objects has grown into a full range of home goods — each one still chosen with the same question: would Clara put this in her own home?
Today Haven ships across Canada and the US, works with over 30 independent makers, and stands behind a simple promise: if it doesn't hold up, we'll make it right.
We tell you exactly what your things are made of. No vague "natural materials" claims — just honest materials, honestly sourced.
We'd rather sell you one good thing than ten disposable ones. Everything we carry is chosen for durability, not just aesthetic.
Over 80% of our collection comes from independent studios and small workshops. We pay fairly and we pay promptly.
We don't do seasonal drops or limited hype. We carry things because we believe in them — and we keep carrying them as long as they're good.
Every piece that makes it into the Haven collection is photographed, tested, and lived with in our Edmonton studio before it ever reaches you. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we don't sell it.
